Job Description

  • Maintain a high level of Customer Service standards.
  • Coach & Supervise Staff.
  • Undertake administrative tasks.
  • Deal with inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
  • Manage Petty Cash & Budget.
  • Enhance profitability.

  • Provide Top Managements with Regular Reports.

Job Requirements

  • Hotel system experience is an advantage.
