Job Description
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually.
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.
- Manage graphic designers.
- Being able to juggle a multitude of projects with several working teams in parallel, in an organized creative department structure, and always staying ahead of deadlines, and delivering client requirements.
- Encouraging bold thinking, and unexpected ideas within your team and creating an atmosphere of creative excellence in the face of tough client briefs, and challenging deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
- 4 - 6 years experience in creative leadership with a proven track record of heading up large creative teams successfully.
- A stunning portfolio of work spanning digital, ATL, and BTL with strong creative concepts, beautiful art direction, and witty copy.
- A passion for design, creativity, art, technology, and a desire to stay ahead of market trends.
- A deep understanding of advertising and experience facilitating strategic and creative brainstorming sessions and directing creative execution.
- Strong organizational abilities, including time and resource management.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
