Mashreq Business Excellence Support / U2K2 Coordinator

Key Responsabilities:

1. Facilitate Country Process Excellence LT
Drive the agenda of Monthly Process Excellence LT / Steering Committee to review and ensure benefits delivery
Activate and sustain Process Champions and Key Users Network
2. Coordinate activities related to U2K2
Regression testing conducted by Key Users and Process Champions
Retrofits of remaining U2K2 modules
Reduction of Red CR’s
3. Main country contact point to U2K2 program
Arrange bi-monthly Leaderships Review Meeting with Country LT and U2K2 VP
Regular review with U2K2 Process Excellence Director
4. Benefit realization program embedment
Drive and monitor Process KPI’s achievement through Process Champions
Establishing task forces for benefits delivery
Establish and monitor On Boarding program (together with Change Continuity Lead)

Experience Required: (3-5 yars of experience.)

Bachelor Degree

• Experience in U2K2 Methodology 
• Experience in designing and managing processes 
• Project management experience (preferrably in Technology)
