Job Description
- Assume responsibility for day-to- day management of the clinic
- Coordinate between the different functions
- Prepares patient medical history and vaccination plans for following day visits
- Receive patients during clinic hours
- Implement clinic policies and procedures
- Receive patients and help ensure a great patient experience
- Ensure that clinic is well organized and presentable
- Reports clinic maintenance and supplies needs
- Support with administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Very good English, spoken and written (able to conduct longer conversations with native speakers easily)
- Multi-functional
- Arabic and English typing ability
- Very comfortable with usage of computers, internet
- Meticulous and quality oriented
- Reliable, confident, with good initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Cheerful
