Job Description
- Perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction in addition to being involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conversations from the earliest stages right through to completion.
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD, 3D max & Photoshop) applications and to extract required perspectives and shots.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
- Choosing the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.
- Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
- Implement company health, safety and environment policy.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Architect engineering.
- V. good command of English Language (written & spoken).
- Excellent Microsoft Office user.
- V. good drawing skills and Excellent user of design software ( AutoCAD, 3D Max, & Photoshop)
- V. good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good adaptability & team work skills.
- Good creativity & imaginary skills.
