Define, develop and implement the Division plans to ensure alignment with the overall Department strategy.
Manage the implementation of the annual Division plan and ensure objectives achievement in line with established plans.
Provide direction to subordinates and support in the achievement of their job requirements through managing performance, motivation, provision of appraisals and other formal and informal feedback in order to ensure a positive work climate that maximizes subordinate and Division performance.
Direct the development of the overall sales strategy for all development projects while developing and implementing the value proposition for the land plots and the community management model to ensure it is communicated effectively to all sales prospects.
Direct the operations of the division to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures to ensure that sales processes and policies implementation as designed and that employees are motivated, understand what is expected of them, and perform according to the designated standards.
Develop and submit for approval the division budget ensuring that adequate provision made for all activities and maintain budgetary cost control within the division to achieve cost effectiveness.
Direct the process of managing relationships with direct and indirect sales channels and follow-up reports on the sales funnel development.
Direct the identification and development of a network of strategic customer contacts and opinion leaders relevant to the business area in order to build long lasting profitable relationships and promote the company's interests.
Ensure the review, short-listing and contracting of sales agents and follow up on sales agents’ targets and compensation, to ensure that the proper channel and incentives are in place to achieve sales objectives.
Direct sales operations by establishing sales territories, goals and training programs to ensure adequate organization of sales activities and efforts.
Develop and follow-up on sales statistics reports, to determine sales potential requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
Ensure meeting sales targets within the targeted time frame, to ensure alignment of actual sales to overall targets.
Ensure consistently providing market intelligence and propose ‘unique selling points’ for proposed project ideas in order to bridge the market knowledge gap.
Direct the collection of data related to demand and supply in development projects, developer/customer ROI targets and movement in the competitive landscape (current and future plans for incumbent and new real estate players) in order to support informed decision-making.
