Job Description

  • Pro actively identify and resolve any issues or reconciling items on related to accounts
  • The F&B Controller compiles and computes amounts and costs of food sold and bought from records cashier and other summaries.
  • Therefore the departments F&B Management and Controlling are overlapping.
  • Main areas of responsibility are calculating machine to work out profit and loss on each item sold in the restaurant (beverages and food) and record data to keep perpetual inventory.
  • A F&B Controller should be interested in both bookkeeping and F&B Management.
  • Must Experience in the Hotels

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and Excellent in English
  • Strong understanding of internal controls required in the F&B & Retail
  • A minimum of 03 years’ experience performed in big hotel
  • Bachelor degree in Business required; Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Computer skills in MS Office and Restaurants Accounting systems Comsis experience is an asset.
