About the Job
  • Arranging for meetings , internal and external quality management & assurance audit sessions.
  • Participating in creating ,modifying and updating all department requested document control forms. Check lists , Procedures and work instructions.
  • Responsible of all quality assurance department management correspondences such as mails, calls , letters, internal memos, or faxes.
  • Responsible for department staff internal administration documents.
  • Following up the execution of all internal instructions released by department management.
  • Responsible for department files & documents control including the updated quality record list.
  • Responsible to revise the Monetary side ( Financial One )
  • Revise Contracts according to the company internal audit of view.
  • Archiving maintenance contracts & classifies them according to departments, suppliers or customers.
  • Review nominated maintenance contracts invoices.
  • Any further administration tasks might be needed by department head.
Job Requirements
  • Education: University Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum one year in Administration work.
  • Very good English skills. 
  • Presentable.
  • Very good communication skills.
