We are looking for an HR Service Specialist to implement the People Operations agenda, partnering with all stakeholders and reporting directly to Country HR Head. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing first line support to colleagues advising on local policies and processes
- Maintaining 100% data integrity for all live employee data
- Managing relations with the labor office
- Handling all employee-related paperwork and conducting regular audits on files and data

The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insane focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values: being bold, focused, agile and collaborative. Additional qualifications include:
- Detail oriented with a focus on data integrity and accuracy
- Super user of office technology tools
- An adept communicator with an international standard of business English and ability to liaise with people on all levels
- Subject matter expert of local Egyptian labor law
- Extensive experience working within an HR Shared Services model within a multi-national in Egypt is essential
