Supporting the Project Manager in the delivery of projects
Manage & Analyze information of projects progresses
Monitoring projects schedules and budgets, preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders.
Updating Project Management Products content.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Handling all projects logs according to the defined strategies.
Processing configuration & quality management assignments
Organizing Projects meetings with Stakeholders and Project Board.
Transcribing project interviews and meetings; writing Board minutes
Design, Update and enhance all standard templates for department.
Other duties as needed.

University degree in the field of Business Administration and/or 2 years equivalent work experience.
Business Administration with Basic IT Knowledge.
Language: English, Excellent
An Advanced user of Microsoft Office Package, especially with Excel, Visio & Microsoft Project
Project Management Frameworks Background, (PMP & PRINCE2)
Quick Learner, Presentable, and Pressure Handler.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Able to conduct research into issues and products as required.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
