Job Description

  • International Brand for Room design concept company is looking for an Events Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the management and coordination of all events.
  • Additionally, the role holder is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing and public relations plans.
  • The role holder develops sponsorship/trade/business arrangements and relationships with businesses, individuals and organizations interested in supporting events and activities.
  • The role holder will work in coordination on other projects as assigned with the Marketing Manager.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and the event team to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing plan, ensuring that attendance levels are achieved within budgeted expenditure limits.
  • Produce and implement a marketing and promotional plan, including schedules for media, direct marketing and PR. This is to be fully-costed and showing measurable performance targets for each area of expenditure.
  • Source, brief and manage advertising creative, media, direct marketing and PR related to your exhibition, and to ensure that all materials accurately convey agreed messages.
  • Track the effectiveness of all items of marketing communication as afar as possible against agreed performance measures, and produce a post evaluation any marketing campaign
  • Manage the marketing budget, keeping accurate updated records, ensuring budgets are not overspent and ensuring that the company purchasing procedure is followed closely for all items of expenditure.
  • Takeover work at on site at any exhibition, running the press office, box office and managing specific events within the program.
  • Establish and maintain effective working partnerships with all relevant internal and external colleagues and associates.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • At least 1 to 4 years’ proven experience in events, marketing and website management position.
  • Evidence of successful event, sponsorship, marketing, public relations, website and business development/relationship programs

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven Event Marketing Experience
  • A well-groomed appearance
  • Excellent time management and communication skills 

  • Marketing & sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Have a Car
  • Fluent Level of spoken and written English
