Job Description

  • Follow-up issuance of all reports (daily-weekly-monthly) requested by the president of the company from all departments-departments – or departments - Warehouse) company . 
  • Follow-up, supervise and submit the required reports on the entrusted tasks to the President of the Board of Directors to employees.
  • Work Study problems in order to improve and raise Ssuyth . 
  • Help senior leadership in the development of objectives, sketch strategy and policy plan and suggest proposals of interest to the whole company.
  • Supervise and follow up the implementation of plans, programs and policies set forth, and to ensure the safety and accuracy of implementation and compliance . 
  • Help in transforming the overall objectives of the company to the sub-targets and activities . 
  • Ensure that all the different functions and duties within the regulatory functions of the unit (sections and departments of the company) contribute to the access to the sub-goals of the company and thus access to the general objectives of the company.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of the information contained in the files and records that are used. 
  • Assists in the development of practical measures that will help to implement the application of policies, plans and programs established. 
  • Pursue the development and construction of the collective team spirit among employees and encourage them to make suggestions and new ideas constructive. 
  • Participate in knowledge management processes (rationalization of expenditures - maintenance of the property and equipment company) and circulated to company employees .
  • Follow-up incoming and outgoing mail to the Office of President of the company in terms of audited and signed and follow-up and convert it to the relevant authorities with monitoring its implementation . 
  • Keep books and materials and circulars regarding the nature of the work departments and divisions of the company.
  • Organization and follow-up appointments that advocated by the company's president.
  • Secure telephone communications to and from the company's head office . 
  • Organize files meetings of the president of the company to prepare for the meeting and save all in matters of assembly and printing work with following up the implementation of its decisions with the authorities transferred them implement the resolution.
  • Overseeing the company's headquarters (tools-cleanliness and order in Contingent and maintenance - Hospitality - rent for Electricity - budget and aspects of tuned and rationalize expenditure) . 
  • Writing a weekly report to show what has been accomplished and what actions have been postponed with a statement of the reason. 

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience .
  • English is must .
  • Management skills.
