Job Description

  • We are seeking a sharp, personable, highly-organized female Office Coordinator to support our growing business in town.

  • Our Office Coordinator is our main asset, our front liner, and our main investment at Orishift.
  • It’s all about explaining the whole picture and helping partners who need to join Uber or Careem, or both. We are solving current partners’ issues.
  • We help partners from the moment they just “think about it” until they are making good money.
  • This involves a bit of everything; marketing, customer service, communication and presentation skills, finance, and more.
  • We are always looking for unique and exciting ways to do the job. We are committed to providing top level service. Our partners are highly satisfied with our support; we look forward to keep it that way.

Job Requirements

  • A Female-fresh- graduate who’s ready to learn a lot of new things, in the smartest way you can imagine.
  • Extremely reliable and trustworthy. You are to be trusted with sensible customer information.
  • Naturally curious. You love to learn how things are done and you’re always looking for a better way to make it even easier, and quicker. 
  • Cool and calm under pressure. You can handle it when it gets tough, keeping the same excellence and efficiency.
  • Very well organized. You take care of every detail. There are lots and lots of small details.
  • Flexible. You can handle different tasks, and learn every new task. Even if it is not your area of expertise.
  • A good communicator. You are not shy or afraid to learn and teach. You’re able to strike the perfect tone, whether you’re explaining a new policy to partners, or responding to support issues over phone or mail. 
  • Passionate. You tried riding Uber & Careem and you love branding for such services. You love the idea. You love the service, and are willing to help to keep the quality as perfect as possible.
  • Fresh graduate of a reputable university. Preferably Commerce or Business.
  • Smouha or nearby Resident.
  • Very high proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
  • Perfect language, Both English and Arabic. Reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Must have ownership towards the workplace.
  • Must work well in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes.
  • Flexible in working hours. Full time availability.
  • Owning a laptop.
