Job Description
- Receive hiring requests from all departments.
- Job posting and sourcing and find new channels for different positions.
- Screening CVs and select the most proper candidates for interview.
- Conducting phone interviews.
- Send thank you mail to rejected candidates.
- Filing received CVs and applications applied from walking candidates blue and white collars.
- Reviewing and checking documents of new employees.
Job Requirements
- From 1-3 years of experience in same position.
- Males only are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age is 24 years old.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Very good English language in both speaking, reading and written.
- Able to handle both of white and blue collar candidates.
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Giza residence is highly preferred.
