Job Description
- Assist teacher in planning and communication the daily projects.
- Assist the classroom teacher in students’ evaluation activities.
- Obtain materials, and resources from the library and resources room for classroom use.
- Supervise the classroom activities and playground.
- Assist in the preparation, collection and organization of instructional material and classroom.
- Work one on one with students during projects.
- Monitoring student's behavior and solving conflicts.
- Correct select student work and guide students during projects.
- Facilitate the sharing of tools and equipment between groups.
- Attend all Professional Development days.
- Supervise children during recess, special events, trips and activities.
- Packing the classroom for the end of year and unpacking for the beginning of the academic year.
- Assist in decorating the classroom.
- Assist in parent communication ( provide translation and clarification)
- Observing and supervising students during lunch and snack times.
- Checking agendas and parents communication messages.
- Taking attendance of students.
- Leading the students to the library, playground and other school facilities.
- Escorting students to the clinic if needed.
- Assist in printing report cards.
- Check students’ work for compliance with teacher's instructions.
- Collect and display suitable material for educational displays; prepare displays; decorate classroom.
- Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
- Assist in implementing all policies and rules governing student life, safety and conduct.
Job Requirements
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Language School & University graduates.
- Excellent English Language verbal & written.
- 0-2 years experience in International/Language schools.
- Living near Sheikh Zayed - 6th of October City.
- Good computer skills.
