Job Description
- Work independently on assigned projects and assist more senior engineers on larger projects as needed.
- Work on all aspects of design including project identification, site analysis and planning, architectural design, space programming, interior architecture, theming and branding, way-finding and signage.
- Prepare concept design, preliminary design, detailed design and working drawings as needed.
- Coordinate drawings with other engineering disciplines.
- Coordination with design consultant representatives, project management, procurement, and construction contractors, and attend meetings when required.
- Review of submittals and shop drawings.
- Site Supervision
- Managing team of technicians.
- Working knowledge of construction techniques and methods.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Architecture
- Crisis Management
- Inverters & UPS experience (Libert – APC – Newave – Piller is a plus)
- Firefighting operation experience
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- 1-3 Years of experience
- Previous Site Engineering Experience and working on commercial projects
- Maadi, Misr El Gadida & Nasr City residents are preferred.
