Job Description
Job Scope includes:
- Client Relationship
- Manage the day to day relationship with clients (Maintain and grow a network of contacts at the client site) Maintain and develop smooth relationships with the Clients and manage pro-actively and sensitively these relationships.
- Work positively towards developing a trusting business relationship.
- Manage the practical/on the ground management of the delivery of the contracted service with respect to quality and speed
- Conduct account planning in support with line manager
- Responsible for identifying revenue opportunities and contributing to overall revenue target implementing client best practice and ways of working
Account Handling:
- Where appropriate have some management responsibility for account administration, coordinating upwards to Line Manager
- Be aware of contractual obligations and detail and manage any potential conflicts
- Pro-actively manage the communication pathway to senior support ensuring that they are kept up to date with client issues and developments
- Work with senior support to develop and execute account plans (e.g. additional analyses)
Analysis & Insight:
- Demonstrating insight to clients taking briefs from clients, and manage the production of proposals in response to brief
- Deliver presentations with recommendations that actively seek to meet the objectives of the client’s brief
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Retail Audit-Consumer Market Research in a Global company.
