Job Description
- Identify and reach target audience and customers through the appropriate channel
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Manage the company's website, communications and advertising through social media channels
- Monitor market activities and competitors regularly through appropriate analysis of citation and optimization
- Conducting contracts to sell and promote the company's products to customers
- Negotiate prices with customers to reach the highest possible price
- Create and maintain professional relationships with existing and new customers
- Create and update a strong customer database
- Prepare and send sales report to the concerned parties.
- Contacting customers after sales to solve problems and provide continuous support
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- More than 2 year experience in marketing and sales
- Experience in digital marketing and social media channels .
- Previous experience in the field of interior design is a plus.
- High communication skills
- Very good at English
