Job Description
- Creates the desire to buy, by consistently delivering exceptional visual standards to guideline.
- Uses expertise to coach the Visual Merchandising team to maintain sophisticated retail and visual standards which capture customers’ imagination and promote sales opportunities.
- Implements and creates window and shop floor displays which are enticing to customers and reflect new trends and the Corporate brand.
- Works closely with Sales Managers to deliver promotions and events which meet deadlines, adhere to Company guidelines and maximize sales.
- Introduces customers to, and demonstrates enthusiasm for, all multi-channel services, and is confident in selling the features and benefits of multi-channel services to support store target achievement.
