Job Description
We’re looking for the new face for Vezeeta's front desk and if you are an organized, multitasking and strong communicator with a cheerful smile and friendly yet professional attitude, then you surely have a chance to be the one!
- You will be working with different departments to organize, supply and purchase their office needs for a smooth workflow.
- You will also be responsible for the HR administration.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Answering inquiries in person, by phone and on email.
- Organizing events and managing logistics and travel arrangements.
- Managing meeting rooms schedule.
- Provide administrative support across the organization and preform the receptionist duties; Faxing, sending and receiving deliveries and couriers and supply management.
- Perform the personnel and clerical duties related to the hiring process, tracking and follow up, promotions, leaves and terminations.
- Maintain the employee records and keep the company database updated.
Job Requirements
- Must be presentable female.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and work in dynamic environment.
- A communicator with strong command of Arabic and English languages both written and spoken.
- Computer proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
- Proactive in dealing with arising issues.
- Positive, energetic and friendly personality.
