Job Description

We’re looking for the new face for Vezeeta's front desk and if you are an organized, multitasking and strong communicator with a cheerful smile and friendly yet professional attitude, then you surely have a chance to be the one!

  • You will be working with different departments to organize, supply and purchase their office needs for a smooth workflow.
  • You will also be responsible for the HR administration.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Answering inquiries in person, by phone and on email.
  • Organizing events and managing logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Managing meeting rooms schedule.
  • Provide administrative support across the organization and preform the receptionist duties; Faxing, sending and receiving deliveries and couriers and supply management.
  • Perform the personnel and clerical duties related to the hiring process, tracking and follow up, promotions, leaves and terminations.
  • Maintain the employee records and keep the company database updated.

Job Requirements

  • Must be presentable female.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and work in dynamic environment.
  • A communicator with strong command of Arabic and English languages both written and spoken.
  • Computer proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proactive in dealing with arising issues.
  • Positive, energetic and friendly personality.
