About the Job
  • Providing all administrative support for the CEO
  • ­Prepare reports, using word processing, spreadsheet, and database or presentation software ­Manage calendar, coordinate schedules and arrange appointments
  • Handing the regular maintenance of office equipment’s ­
  • Answering and screening phone calls and taking messages
  • Handling all the travel arrangements (visa, tickets and hotel booking) ­ Organize and maintain document and electronic filing system. ­ Handle correspondences on own initiative and follow up to ensure timely response for any information
  • Following up and effecting all office subscriptions and its related procedures. ­ Maintaining records on fixed assets and inventory of office supplies.
  • Arranging for the attendance of different Events or Seminars for CEO ­Process sensitive and confidential information in a professional and tactful manner
  • Handling the office expenses and liaise with Good communication and interpersonal skill
