Job Description

Job Purpose:

A department Head  is required for a luxury automotive responsible for building the brand image of the organization through its products or services, the product and advertising placement, liaising with the Marketing Manager. Formulating and implementing marketing strategy & plans and to enhance brand image while achieving targets and ensuring quality in the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a marketing and brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
  • Contribute towards overall marketing strategy and prepare plan and approach for brand management.
  • Ensure these plans are in line with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines for the Company.
  • Design and supervise content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media
  • Maintain and grow brand’s affiliations and partnerships with other corporates.
  • Review and monitor plan implementation and results achieved on a regular basis.
  • Make changes to the strategy and approach to adapt to unexpected changes in the business environment.
  • Obtain market and competitor intelligence and customer preference information.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Contribute towards overall sales strategy and prepare the budget for the given brand, including advertising and promotional items.
  • Study market trends and consumer preferences to understand and specify customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities, organizing product launches and promotional events
  • Achieving profit targets, timelines and budgets
  • Managing Marketing Executives working for the brand
  • Keep abreast of developments in automotive Egyptian market.
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.
  • Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved.
  • Prepare analytical reports to facilitate overall decision-making on brand management strategy.
  • Monitor competitor and customer insights analysis and reactions.

Job Requirements

  • Not less than10 years of experience in same field and strong background in the automotive sector and same position is must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing.
  • MBA holder is preferable.
  • A deep understanding of the market services/products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills.
  • Fluent in English.
