Job Description
- Manage deployment of XPPS & solution Accreditation & Sales Staff Certification process.
- Coach & Mentor the development of staff aligned to MPS business division by being actively involved in deals on the go rather than only on an academic approach.
- Maintain growth of partners’ productivity according to plan.
- Market analysis & developing specific customer strategies.
- Representing Xerox as a senior person with customers with full awareness of global MPS marketplace
- Being involved in analysis, design and construction of solutions/pursuits and design of proposals.
- Provide sales management expertise & contribute to sales management processes
- Playing as significant part in the roll-out of all MPS related training
- Center of competence to represent Xerox MPS offering to region when needed
- Provide ‘field line of sight’ feedback from the countries into the Region and MEA HQ
- Drive tactical and strategic Demand Generation events and incentives
- Focal contact point and coordination for regional / global deals on concerned territories. Integration with DMO / Global account teams.
- Prepare and deliver Monthly Business Reviews Driven from XPPS System data.

- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience
- Successful proven MPS ability selling experiences in major accounts
- Ability to lead sales opportunities in both CPS/EPS lead by MPS selling strategy
- Successful in ADIM process of MPS sales
- Full awareness of Xerox Next Generation MPS approach with integration to current program
- Previous success in handling deals and projects over lengthy discovery, evaluation and implementation periods in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Experience integrating Partners
- C level relationship management
- Strong knowledge in Xerox range of products, sales and services lead sales solutions
