Job Description

  • Responsible for computer and typing and admin works.
  • Preparing, managing, Drafting and formatting of office.
  • Photocopying and printing.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • correspondence, memos and forms.
  • Collecting data and performing data entry.
  • Carry on any additional duties within scope of work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent.
  • Can work in teams with the appropriate flexibility.
  • Can work under pressure effectively.
  • Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
  • Diplomatic.
  • Ambitious.
  • Updating with general knowledge.
  • Excellent in personal skills.
  • Strong Business Emailing and typing Skills is a Must & Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Fluent in English spoken and written, preferred second language (French).
