Job Description
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to users issues with highest response.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Update users data and produce activity reports.
- inform users to problem solving process.
- Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed users expectations.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
- Build, install and configure workstations for head office and other sites and branches.
- Coding, tracing and inventorying IT service HUB assets.
- Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems on network.
- Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
- Align and apply the organizational goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned services, and functional areas within the holding.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Bachelor Degree in Communication Engineering or computer science.
- Excellent command of English language
