Job Description
Main Duties:
- Daily Manage Cash In and Out needed .
- Daily record all transactions on Oracle system .
- Receiving and Recording all Incoming cheque In Customer Status Sheet .
- Deposit all Incoming cheque in the bank in its Due Date .
- Manage Advance Salaries Account and Prepare Monthly Deducted Salaries Sheet .
- Manage Imprest Account(imprest system) and Prepare Monthly Justification sheet to Each Balance .
- Follow Up the Imprest Balance to Take Action In Each Balance .
- Daily manage and analysis all bank fees and charges .
- Record all JV on the common excel sheet (shared drive ) .
- Insure from the right filling and keep all documents save .
- Collecting And Recording All Cars Expenses in Excel Sheet .
- Closing month with insure from all cash balances are matching with our system and excel .
