Job Description
- Ensure store adheres to all corporate guidelines and framework, standard operating
- Procedures, and directive on sales, service, cost, standards and people.
- Develop and deliver a credible sales plan in line with country/regional business strategy.
- Cascade store targets to the departments and drive team to meet these targets.
- Enhance sales through identification and analysis of practices and initiatives being implemented by the competitor’s stores and update regional/area managers on the same.
- Enhance sales through identification and analysis of trends as per footfall, conversion rates/ratio, bill value (ATV), individual SKU sales, category etc. for the store.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets which have been set for the store through a well develop a motivated, committed and high performing store team keeping cultural sensitivity in mind.
- Continually monitor achievement of sales targets and take corrective measures where required with support from area manager
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in the fashion industry
- Very Good English skills
