Job Description
- Ensure smooth rental operation for customers (handling booking process - answer phone calls - answer clients inquiries)
- Handle all Cairo Camera Rentals' social media platforms
- Work in harmony with the marketing team to ensure the implementation of the marketing plans and goals.
- Supervise and direct rental technicians, and ensure that their technical knowledge and customer service skills are up to standards.
Job Requirements
- Self learning skills: willingness to explore the media production industry and acquire the needed information to run the business
- Advanced knowledge of computer & Internet skills
- Team player.
- Leadership skills: ability to lead the team to achieve the company's short and long term goals
- Marketing background is preferable to be able to communicate with the marketing team and implement the marketing plan.
