About the Job
  • Ensure smooth rental operation for customers (handling booking process - answer phone calls - answer clients inquiries)
  • Handle all Cairo Camera Rentals' social media platforms
  • Work in harmony with the marketing team to ensure the implementation of the marketing plans and goals.
  • Supervise and direct rental technicians, and ensure that their technical knowledge and customer service skills are up to standards.

  • Self learning skills: willingness to explore the media production industry and acquire the needed information to run the business
  • Advanced knowledge of computer & Internet skills
  • Team player.
  • Leadership skills: ability to lead the team to achieve the company's short and long term goals
