About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Develop the strategies for the marketing department
  • Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
  • Develop and manage business plans that achieve objectives
  • Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
  • Manage multiple, complex projects within a matrix organization
  • Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
  • Plan, develop and execute digital campaigns for all clients to support products and drive growth and retention of accounts
  • Initiate and manage special projects to promote continuous improvement and innovation, while driving efficiency, market relevancy, and cost savings opportunities
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 year-education in a relevant field i.e. marketing, communication, public relations, economics or commerce
  • In-depth knowledge of Social Media and Social PR
  • An eager desire to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry
  • Creative, energetic and driven personality
  • Excellent presentation / communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Focused on achieving defined results, and exceeding goals and objectives
