About the Job

Position Overview:  

  • Purpose of the job is to maximize the effectiveness of the Corporate Sales team by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. 
  • To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to sell our solutions for the Gulf Area.
  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database.
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines.
  • Attend monthly meetings with the Sales Manager to update information and discuss any issues.
  • Lease effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferable Bachelor Degree ( Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. High command of written and spoken English is a must.
  • Ability to learn new products and technologies.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Results-orientation to meet assigned Sales Target.
  • Excellent internal communication skills.
  • Truly understand customer requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC based systems and software (The Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to the customer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email transmission by utilizing proper grammar and punctuation skills.
