Job Description
- Contact enterprise businesses by different communications channels (email, telephone,..etc) to promote the services
- Explain the product or the services to potential customers
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific potential customers
- Handle customer questions
- Use the current reporting systems to maintain the customer details including the reaction to the service offered
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
- Negotiate and close the sales deal
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a MUST, Other language skill is a plus.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office package and Internet.
