Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for sales of residential units through direct contact or by appointing brokers and managing their performance to ensure achieving objectives while maintaining company image in all aspects of client service and sales, keeping close eye on competition activities and report regularly on related items as well as sales performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage sale of residential units.
- Maintain accurate customer records, prospects and leads analysis, providing daily leads count and monthly recap reports.
- Manage interface with prospect customers to provide proper real estate consultancy and guide them towards purchasing from CFC.
- Assign brokers, train their staff, set sales targets and manage their performance & report regularly on their activities.
- Conduct monthly market surveys on competition and report on their activities.
- Insure accurate and timely issuance of reservation forms and recording of transactions on Yardi.
- Issue monthly reports that cover sales performance of actual results versus targets with action plan and comments.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 4 - 7 years of experience preferably in real estate sales function.
Job-Specific Skills: Yardi user, good knowledge of MS Office, good command of Arabic & English languages.
