Job Description
- Analyzing client requirements.
- Support Implementation Team.
- Developing GAP analysis and have the capability to differentiate between business processes and software applications.
- Execute training plans for end-user (customers) on how to use the system.
- Handle receiving inquiries from customers.
- Support the operation and implementation of different functions of the systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- +10 years of experience at any University, Academy, Higher Institute.
- Expert in educational business.
- Experience in the analysis and design of students' information systems "SIS" and learning management system “LMS”.
- Experience in developing and supporting SIS/LMS.
