Job Description
- We are looking for Full-time call centre agents for a US account.
- You will be dealing with US clients on daily basis, so fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Working days are Monday-Friday
- Working hours from 3 pm till 11 pm
Job Requirements
- This is a "working from home" project so you must have your own laptop, stable internet connection with an internet speed of a minimum of 10 MB for download and 5 MB for upload speed.
- A noise cancellation headset is also required.
- Fluency in both Spoken and Written English
- CS experience in a US, Canadian account
- Laptop with 8GB ram
- Internet speed 10 MB download and 5 MB upload
- Noise cancellation headset
- You will be working from home so a quiet area is a must.
- Excellent user of Microsoft office
- Available to start immediately
- Ok with the salary mentioned above and with the duty hours.
- CS experience is mandatory.
