Job Description
- Lead and educate system users throughout the implementation and support phases.
- Evaluate user's business requirements, needs, and objectives and transform them to company processes, solutions, and modules to be implemented.
- Analyze and solve complex user issues related to data and processes.
- Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
- Customize functions, create reports, and upload data using API & ADI on Oracle Applications.
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation for technical, implementation, support and test activities.
Job Requirements
- In depth knowledge of functional domains in Oracle E-Business suite Procure to Pay cycle OR Order to Cash cycle
- In depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Oracle ERP.
- Technical Skill Set: Expert level in PL/SQL, XML Publisher Report.
- Knowledge of Oracle HRMS is a plus.
- Preferable Knowledge of IoT , Robotic, Chatbots, Block chain etc.
- A Minimum of 3 and up to 6 years of experience in Oracle Applications Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- High Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Software System Analysis methodologies
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response
- Strong team player so you leverage each other’s strengths.
- High flexibility so you remain agile in a fast changing business and organizational environment.
