The Role

As a fundamental member of the E-Pharmacy Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Revise all invoices received from Suppliers and match it with the actual stock received per Pharmacy
  • Manage all aspects of daily medication orders from suppliers
  • Place specialty drug orders through outside vendors with quality, quantity, specification, and other requirements
  • Coordinate medication procurement for Vezeeta branches
  • Ensure all medication bar-codes are in the master list
  • Optimize medication inventory par levels to avoid out of stock and reduce waste
  • Oversee controlled substances ordering and required documentation
  • Monitor, communicate, and manage drug

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Purchasing, Retail Management certificate would be an advantage)
  • Desktop computer, telephone, email, and instant messaging system
  • 2 years of prior buying or related experience Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Experience with planning, forecasting, and allocation
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the health field
  • Automated dispensing cabinet vendor reports
