The Role
As a fundamental member of the E-Pharmacy Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Revise all invoices received from Suppliers and match it with the actual stock received per Pharmacy
- Manage all aspects of daily medication orders from suppliers
- Place specialty drug orders through outside vendors with quality, quantity, specification, and other requirements
- Coordinate medication procurement for Vezeeta branches
- Ensure all medication bar-codes are in the master list
- Optimize medication inventory par levels to avoid out of stock and reduce waste
- Oversee controlled substances ordering and required documentation
- Monitor, communicate, and manage drug
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Purchasing, Retail Management certificate would be an advantage)
- Desktop computer, telephone, email, and instant messaging system
- 2 years of prior buying or related experience Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Experience with planning, forecasting, and allocation
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the health field
- Automated dispensing cabinet vendor reports
