Job Description
- Creating shop drawings for project sites.
- Make site survey
- Design passive and active solutions
- Prepare technical submittal
- Contacting clients to revise their requirements in order to prepare solutions and price offers.
- Recommending technical solutions in order to add value and meet customer's requirements.
- Sending RFQs to suppliers and vendors.
- Preparing client quotations and price offers as per collected BOQ and specs.
- Discussing payment terms and conditions with his up-lines.
- Sending final BOQ and cost to purchasing and finance departments in order to proceed with operations.
- Providing clients with technical support.
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
- Following up with clients.
- Recording the POC results.
- Meeting quotations SLA.
- Attending meetings with customers to explain technical solutions and quotations.
- Delivering technical presentations internally and externally.
- Testing new products.
- Searching for new products and solutions to meet clients' requirements.
- Catching new suppliers and vendors, and creating relationships with them.
- Attending exhibitions, seminars, training.
- Preparing submittals (catalogs, samples, compliance sheets, etc.
- Coordinate the project implementation in software and hardware
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- High ability to work under stress in a timely manner
- Very Good command of English.
- Very good Microsoft office
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Have good experience in light current tenders and quotations Very good in AutoCad
- Ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or any relevant
- Must be able to extract hidden or unrealized customer requirements and gain consensus on these requirements with the customer.
- Hard worker, Team work oriented, Leadership skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Working knowledge of design of low current systems specifically Cameras, Radar, fire alarm, CCTV and Access control.
- Time Management
- Very good in installation
- Project Management and coordination skills
