Job Description
Genovity is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join its development team, the candidate will be initially working in a major software development project serving one of our major UK based clients. The candidate responsibilities & targeted skills are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Implement responsive and adaptive designs in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Implement websites and web applications in VueJS and NuxtJS
- Test websites and improve their performance
- Work closely together with our creative designers implementing unique online experiences with parallaxing effects, animations and more
- Participate in the architecture and development of larger web solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
- Solid HTML/CSS/SASS understanding.
- Have practical experience implementing responsive web design.
- Exposure to cloud services such as Google Cloud or AWS
- Exposure to building HTTP restful APIs
- Unit testing knowledge
- Experience of working within a cross-functional agile team
- Experience in GIT
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- The candidate must have experience/knowledge with the following technologies:
- NuxtJS
- VueJS
- JavaScript
- HTML/5
- CSS/3
- JQuery
- GIT
- The following qualifications/experience will be a plus:
- SASS
- CI/CD Pipelines
