Job Description
- Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
- Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance to company policy and standards
- Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations.
- Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventory
- Developing and implementing a proactive maintenance program
- Coordinating the completion of complex repairs
- Hiring sub-contractors for specialized maintenance works
- Looking for new ways / tools / assets to improve productivity
- Drafting maintenance reports.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Of mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Very good English.
- Very good in Microsoft office
- Excellent verbal & Written communication and planning skills
- Experience in FMCG factory is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Proactive
- Problem-solving skills
- Very good in Time management
