Job Description

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters ( Talent Acquisition, compensation, benefits, etc. )
  • Handles all personnel tasks.
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
  • Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
  • Handling the Hiring process.
  • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Handles All employee Relations matters.
  • Administering on-the-job training programs.
  • Updates and Creates HR policies.
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Handles the performance appraisal process
  • Handle Medical insurance matters.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Tech & Digital Agencies is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • HR Certificate is a Plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Females only
  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Previous knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office.
