About the Job

A leading multinational leisure and holiday exchange company with over 1 million members’ worldwide and 10000 members in the Middle East is currently looking for a Call Center Consultants (USA Account) for immediate hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all calls are promptly and efficiently handled (Outbound Calls)
  • Create, manage and update database profiles with the relevant information
  • Promote and SELL the company’s products, different offers and discounts
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support

  • from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am (Monday to Friday) - changes may apply.
Job Requirements
  • Call Center Experience for at least 1 year, preferably in an international account.
  • Tourism experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST written and spoken
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and toward targets
  • Enthusiastic, Energetic with a very positive attitude.
