General Purpose of Position

Support the SAP project implementation
Maintain the components and functionalities for SAP applications to fulfill customer’s demands.
Customize SAP applications to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

Play a key role in implementing SAP in his/her area of expertise
Analyze the demand from the customer for SAP application customization to propose an appropriate solution and realization
Propose the change on customer’s application to satisfy customer’s needs
Find and fix issues/errors on the application
Document changes on the system and design of new components to ensure their readability for future reference
Test newly added functionalities to avoid errors on the productive system

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities	Understanding of business environment and IT, processes, organization, implications of changes, ITIL – advantage Analytical skills, ability to perform in complex IT environment Customer-oriented, initiative and enthusiastic Results-oriented, able to complete the task on time under pressure Good communication and presentation skills Works on assigned tasks independently
Education/Training	Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Familiarity with IT policies, standardized work PMP certification preferred
Experience	2-4 years experience in any of the following modules FI, CO.
