About the Job
  • Lead compensation strategy formulation in alignment with company strategy and business goals
  • Develop C&B policies and procedures
  • Lead budgeting activities for all C&B items
  • Ensure Compensation practices are in line with legislations
  • Lead job evaluation and classification of any new job based on company policy and grading structure
  • Design compensation packages that motivates and engages employees
  • Participate in salary surveys and keep eye on market trends to ensure competitiveness.
  • Monitor monthly actual implementation versus budgets
  • Monitor payroll team in implementing monthly payroll and review for release
  • Ensure salary payments on time through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead job offers issuance in coordination with talent acquisition team
  • Ensure delivery of satisfactory medical service in cost efficient manner
  • Ensure proper communication of C&B policies & packages to all stakeholders
Job Requirements

Education & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor degree (preferably BA, economics, political science)
  • C&B studies (plus)
  • Good experience in job evaluation practices
