Job Description
- Monitor all money transactions.
- Dealing with the host companies accounts and the mother branch.
- Review all Hotels and clients Accounts.
- Auditing all the Receipts, hotels reservations accounts, excursion, restaurants and transportation.
- Pursue excursion accounts and travel package accounts.
- Follow the tourist hotels and operations accounts.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information.
Job Requirements
- Experienced (non manger) with not less than 5 years.
- Well educated.
- Strong personalty.
- Strongly recommend with a previous work in (travel and tourism agencies).
- Certificates, training courses certificates and any other documents regarded to the career are mandatory to show upon the interview.
