Job Description
- The HR Generalist will be playing several roles in the HR Department, focusing on Recruitment, Training, Development.
Recruitment:
- Implement CVs data base & potential pool of candidates through various channels.
- Implement Potential Recruitment agencies database.
- Achieve required recruitment process :
- posting vacancies,
- Screening,
- Selecting,
- Interviewing & short listing
- Perform all Hiring Arrangement:
- Job offer,
- Receiving appointment documents,
- New employee orientation
Training:
- Maintain an updated pool of Training Service Providers
- Meeting with Potential service providers & acquiring offers.
- Prepare annual training needs analysis
- Perform training & service providers evaluation
- Evaluate course outcome
3.Development:
- Prepare company’s job descriptions & link to effective KPIs, & update regularly.
- Present an awareness introduction for JD & performance appraisal for all employees.
- Supervise over the company’s applied appraisal process & assure the effectiveness of the performance appraisal process implementation.
- Coordinate with department managers for delivering an effective development plan for subordinates.
- Prepare company’s Organization charts & update regularly.
- Implement set training plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of: Business Administration, or Management.
- Years of experience in the same field: 3-5 years
- English Language Proficiency: Very Good to Excellent
- Computer skills required: Excellent MS office skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Microsoft Visio, Holding extra related diplomas is a plus.

- Sunday to Thursday from 9-5 pm
