Must solve problems, manage the workforce and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results.
Maximize sales and measure team performance according to annual budget on weekly/monthly bases.
Arrange floor moves, preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, exercising judgment and discretion in applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
Facilitate proper communication between store functional heads and store manager about comparative shopping analyses, fast and slow selling classifications and styles, planning and adjusting stock levels, and customer requests.
Communicates in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understands material, and provides instructions to supervisors and associates.
