Job Description
- This position supports the work of the development of the program-wide strategic plan.
- Maintains company organization structure and the employees charts & directory.
- Plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and success metrics
- Lead key internal communications activities and partner with Enterprise Communications to drive ongoing awareness and understanding of the priorities of the organization
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.

Job Requirements
- Masters Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Management, Business Administration or Related Field
- At least 15 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

- Strong organization skills
