Technical Recruiter (IT/ Software industry)

We are looking for a talented technical recruiter, specialized in recruiting software developers 

• Responsible for the whole talent acquisition process including job analysis, job posting, screening CVs, conducting phone and Virtual / Face-to-Face interviews, and coordinating with the technical team on the feedbacks.
• Ensuring that all the data are properly kept and updated.
• Responsible for finding the suitable candidates using sourcing platforms or head hunting if needed.
• Responsible for increasing recruitment channels for the organization and attending employment fairs whenever required.
• Responsible for the complete implementation of the on boarding process.
• Responsible for updating job descriptions.
• Actively participating in all new projects initiated by HR department.
• Communicate feedbacks to the candidates.
• Handling the hiring documents and the new hires on boarding.
