Job Description
- Plan, initiate and guide the study of French curriculum which involve speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
- Motivate and stimulate children's learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience.
- Develop and produce visual aids and teaching resources.
- Organize learning materials and make good use of resources.
- Maintain good order in the classroom and around the school with due regard to the school’s policy on behavior and discipline.
- Provide a good role model for pupils.
- Ensure the effective methods of teaching to promote positive language.
- differentiation within the activities so that all children are able to develop their full potential.
- Prepare activities for pupils matched to their individual needs.
- Comfort children in times of need and building up their esteem.
- Observe, assess and record children progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in French.
- Excellent written and spoken French.
- Excellent communication and class management skills.
- Excellent teaching skills.
- Good understanding of the needs and feelings of children.
