Job Description
- Be part of a startup company and work alone with owner, admin, and sales executive.
- Place academic strategy and design English courses.
- Find freelance instructors to work with on a project by project basis.
- Give instructors short training before projects.
- Make assessments tests and administer them to clients.
- Monitor ongoing classes for quality assurance.
Job Requirements
- Experience teaching English and mentoring/supervising instructors.
- Experience in training instructors and in preparing strategies and methodologies.
